A piece of Fall River was at the Super Bowl for the whole world to see

You may have seen a piece of Fall River during the halftime show of the biggest sporting event in the country and one of the biggest in the world.

Vanson Leathers, with headquarters located at 951 Broadway in Fall River, have been manufacturing high quality motorcycle apparel since 1974 including leather motorcycle jackets, pants, chaps, gloves, and racing suits.

Their jackets have been worn by entertainment superstars such as Alicia Keys and Lady Gaga. The company also teamed up with basketball superstar and Boston Celtic Jaylen Brown for a new line of jackets early last year.

Vanson’s newest collaboration was on full display on Sunday.

Dijon McFarlane, known by most as Mustard, a well-known Los Angeles-based DJ and record producer, hit the Super Bowl halftime stage with Kendrick Lamar in a Vanson Leather jacket.

According to a social media post, Vanson’s Da’Von Bean teamed up with the multi-platinum and Grammy-winning artist to create the exclusive jacket’s design.

On Monday afternoon, Mustard also indicated that a collaboration with Vanson is on the way.

Vanson continues to showcase in a positive light what Fall River has to offer.
