Fall River man held on bail on several gun charges, New Bedford teen also charged, after guns seized by Brockton Police
Brockton Police made a traffic stop on Saturday and seized two firearms in the process.
According to police, Patrol Officers seized an unregistered Beretta PX4 Storm loaded with ten rounds of ammunition and a Taurus .38 Special with four rounds ready to go.
None of the people in the car had licenses to carry the guns.
They arrested 21-year-old Daunte France of Fall River and a 17-year-old from New Bedford on weapons charges.
At Monday’s arraignment, France pled not guilty and was held on $2,500 cash bail.
He has a pretrial hearing late next month.
