Motorcyclist injured, driver cited, in Fall River motor vehicle collision
Fall River personnel responded to a crash on Sunday that sent one to the hospital.
According to Det. Sergeant Moses Pereira, at just before 9:15 p.m., Fall River Police units responded to the area of 164 Hartwell Street in response to a collision between a Toyota Scion and a motorcycle.
The operator of the Toyota was attempting a left-hand turn into a driveway, when they collided with a motorcycle which was traveling north on Hartwell Street.
The operator of the motorcycle was transported to Saint Anne’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The operator of the Toyota Scion was cited for failure to use care while turning.
