Fall River Public Schools appoints Brian Lally as Director of Human Resources
FALL RIVER — Superintendent Tracy Curley has announced that Brian Lally has been appointed as Director of Human Resources for Fall River Public Schools.
Over his nearly 15-year career in education, Lally has served in multiple classroom, leadership and administrative roles. He started as a special education teacher in Cranston, Rhode Island, before becoming a middle school assistant principal in that district. He also served as an assistant principal and later a principal at Wickford Middle School in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, as well as the district’s Director of Human Resources. Most recently, he was Director of Human Resources in Barrington, Rhode Island.
“Having served in various capacities in other districts, I am confident Brian will be a great asset to us all,” Superintendent Curley said. “He brings a unique perspective that will enhance our leadership team as we work toward providing the best educational environment for our students and a supportive work atmosphere for our staff.”
“I’m thrilled to start this new chapter in my career working for the Fall River Public Schools,” Lally said. “I look forward to supporting the district’s teachers, administrators and support staff and helping them create a continuously improving educational environment.”
Lally holds a bachelor’s degree in secondary education from the University of Vermont, and a master’s degree in education in administration from Providence College.

I wonder if Mr. Lally could produce the required licensure to the school committee proving his qualifications per the job posting. I’m sure I’ll be reading the same article with a different name in under three years……GO FRPS!!!!!

How many contracts has. What’s he cost out? Probably zero. How many legal work issues did he handle? Probably zero What’s his background in HR? Many serious questions that need specific answers.
