Sounds like to me that the tractor trailer was speeding and the force of the wind pushed her off the bike. Disgusting for the trailer to leave the site. Hope he is found and justice is served. Deserves to be punished greatly.

Praying for her family and friends. Riding a bike at night is a dangerous activity, specially on this road in RI as people drive significantly over the 30mph speed limit.

It’s very sad to find out many individual getting stuck or hit by vehicle every single week in neighboring town. People please drive slowly. You never know what you will run to when they are least expected. God bless her and her family.

He may not have known that he hit her if it was towards the back end of the trailer that struck this poor girl.

The article reads she fell off the bike then was struck. Please don’t jump to conclusions. Pray for the family and you’re correct in saying.. it’s very dangerous to ride at night. RIP sweet angel.
