Two juveniles arrested after rash of car break-ins where an urn was reportedly stolen
Local police made multiple arrests after a rash of car break-ins.
According to police, over the past few days, the Warren RI Police Department has been receiving several complaints of vehicles being tampered with throughout the night.
On January 29th at just before 1:45 a.m., officers from the 11-7 shift located two juvenile males wearing ski-masks walking in town.
After an investigation, it was determined that the two were in possession of stolen property from several vehicles throughout town including an urn.
The two juveniles were arrested and charged.
Most of the stolen property was returned and the investigation is continuing to locate the remaining items.
Police warned drivers to lock their vehicles at night and to not leave any valuable belongings inside your vehicle.
