Fall River Police Department investigating Thursday night shooting
The Fall River Police Department is investigating a Thursday night shooting that took place in the city.
According to Sergeant Moses Pereira, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Officers responded to the area of Walnut Street and Winter Street in response to reports of shots fired in the area.
Upon arrival, officers located evidence consistent with a shooting in the area.
Pereira stated that at this time, it does not appear that anyone was injured in the incident.
Fall River Police are also investigating a Corky Row shooting that took place on Tuesday.
