South Coast man accused of gratifying himself, doing drugs, while delivering food

They say no incident is routine for a police officer and that has never been more evident than what two Massachusetts police officers encountered this week. Not to mention making you think twice about ordering food delivery.

On Tuesday night, two Plymouth Police Department narcotics detectives were monitoring the parking lot of a local business open to the public. They observed a vehicle pull in, and after five minutes of waiting for the occupant of the vehicle to conduct any meaningful business, which did not happen, they approached on foot.

The veteran detectives were shocked at what they saw through the window, and to quote their Police report: “I observed “Redacted Man” to have his pants pulled down to his knees and his p**** in his hand.”

The man, clearly aggravated at the interruption by the presence of these detectives, stated “What, I’m not allowed to do this here (obscenity)!?” The Detectives explained that he certainly was not allowed, asked him to put his appendage back in his pants and exit the vehicle.

As the man was exiting, he said that he was trying to pleasure himself quickly as he was delivering for a third-party food delivery service.

After the man exited, the Detectives noticed items consistent with drug use in plain view. A further investigation yielded methamphetamine in the vehicle.

The adult man from Wareham was arrested and charged with Lewd, Wanton and Lascivious conduct, as well as possession of a class B substance.

Plymouth PD were extremely happy that the Plymouth resident never got their food.
