A North Attleboro man has been arrested and arraigned on charges of abusing his 4 month old son.
A North Attleboro man has been arrested and arraigned on charges of abusing his 4 month old son.
According to North Attleboro Police Chief John Reilly, Mark Fay, 37, was arraigned Friday and he is being held until a dangerousness hearing scheduled for next week.
Fay is facing a charge of assault and battery on a child with substantial injury.
According to WJAR, court documents show doctors at Hasbro Children’s Hospital alerted police to their concerns that the infant was the victim of abuse.
