Fall River Police investigating after gunman fires at two men
Fall River Police are investigating a shooting that took place Sunday afternoon.
According to Captain Barden Castro, at approximately 4:00 p.m., officers responded to the area of the National Guard Armory, 1089 Dwelly Street, for reports of gunshots.
While investigating, it was learned by police that two unknown males were engaged in a dispute with an unknown male on an electric bicycle. At some point, the male on the bicycle pulled a firearm from his waistband and fired several shots at the two males. All involved fled the area and did not report the incident to the police.
Castro stated that Detectives are following up this morning, looking to retrieve any video surveillance which may have captured the incident. They are also following other investigatory leads.
