Flying dogs coming for free show at Heritage State Park in Fall River
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s a dog!
The Fall River Public Library goes to the dogs—for a very special outdoor show at Heritage State Park, featuring Mike Piazza and his fabulous Flying High Frisbee Dogs!
These amazing canine athletes will perform their high-flying feats of skill in a free outdoor show presented by the Fall River Public Library, but held at the Fall River Heritage State Park, 200 Davol Street, Fall River, on Tuesday, July 20, at 6 pm. This event is open to all ages. Free parking is available in the DCR lot at 5 Water Street in Fall River. Visitors are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, or towels to sit on.
Mike Piazza, leader of the canine pack, is a world record holder in the sport of K-9 Frisbee and the current #1 professional K-9 Frisbee performer in the world. He and his incredible dogs have been featured on NESN, ESPN, and Animal Planet. Here is your chance to see them live and in person!
This program is made possible by a grant from the Fall River Women’s Union.
