Middleborough Police investigating stabbing at hotel that left victim with life-threatening injuries
MIDDLEBOROUGH – Chief Joseph Perkins reports that the Middleborough Police Department is investigating a stabbing that took place at a hotel this morning.
At approximately 8:55 a.m., Middleborough Police and Fire personnel responded to the Quality Inn, located at 30 East Clark St., after hotel staff called to report an adult male guest that was having difficulty breathing.
Upon arrival, it was discovered that the man was suffering from a stab wound to the chest.
The man was taken by a Middleborough Fire Department ambulance to a Brockton hospital. His injuries are believed to be life-threatening.
The incident remains under active investigation by the Middleborough Police Department.
