Fall River Public Schools issues COVID-19 data for week ending November 6th

Superintendent Matthew Malone has issued an updated and detailed report concerning COVID-19 and Fall River Public Schools for the week ending November 6th.

The Data dashboard is as follows:

Total Number of Students (does not include students in out-of-district placements): 10,085

Total Number of Students (HYBRID): 5,773

Total Number of Students (FULL REMOTE): 4,312

Number of New Positive Students with Potential Student Contact (HYBRID): 13

Number of New Positive Students with No Student Contact (FULL REMOTE): 2

Total Number of Students Newly Reported This Week with a Positive COVID-19 Status: 15

Number of Students Currently in Quarantine Due to Exposure at School (HYBRID): 54

Number of Students Currently in Quarantine Due to Non-School Exposure (HYBRID): 43

Number of Students Currently in Quarantine Due to Non-School Exposure (FULL REMOTE): 19

Total Number of Students Currently in Quarantine: 116

Total Number of Employees: 1,980

Number of Employees Newly Reported This Week with a Positive COVID-19 Status: 4

Number of Employees Currently Quarantined Due to Exposure at School: 19

Number of Employees Currently Quarantined Due to Non-School Exposure: 22

Total Number of Employees Currently in Quarantine: 41

Note: Quarantine period is 14 days: quarantined students and staff my appear in more than one week.
