Fall River resident hits $1 million on instant ticket
Fall River has itself another million dollar winner.
Gabriel Raposo of Fall River is the sixth grand prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new “Diamond Millions” instant ticket game.
The grand prize on this new $30 ticket is a $1,000,000 cash prize (before taxes). Raposo plans on using some of his winnings to buy a vehicle and go on vacation.
He purchased his winning ticket at Xtra Mart, 1012 Bedford St. in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
There are 74 additional $1 million instant prizes remaining in the “Diamond Millions” $30 instant game.
