A Fall River man upped his winning streak to 3 in the UFC after an impressive win.

27-year-old Durfee grad and #12 ranked UFC flyweight Mitch Raposo (12-3) faced off against Brazilian Marcos Degli (15-4) at UFC Fight Night: Bonfim vs. Brady at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Raposo defeated Degli by unanimous decision (29–28 on all three scorecards).

Degli is the #1 ranked flyweight in Brazil and had won 13 straight contests and has 9 knockouts.

Round one was tightly contested while Raposo took control in Round 2. Round 3 was physical for both fighters.

The fight was the first UFC main card for both combatants.

Raposo had faced some criticism for his fighting style, but he put those to bed Saturday evening as it was an entertaining fight against a quality opponent. He also continues to be a betting underdog, but it hasn’t stopped him from racking up wins.

Raposo’s last win came in June against #22 Allan Nascimento (22-7) at UFC Fight Night Saturday after his scheduled fight on April 18th at UFC Fight Night in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada was postponed due to Raposo suffering from a virus.

Raposo won rounds 1 and 2 busting open under Nascimento’s right eye. In the third round, however, Nascimento attacked needing a knockout or submission, dropping Raposo with a solid right hand. Raposo survived the attack to take the split decision (29-28 Raposo, 29-28 Raposo, 29-28 Nascimento).

Raposo’s first UFC win that started the streak came against Azat Maksum (15-3) of Kazakhstan at UFC 321 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on October 25th, 2025.
