A driver was rushed to a local trauma center Wednesday afternoon after a rollover crash in Fall River.
At approximately 12:30 p.m., a call came into dispatch for a rollover at Eastern Avenue and County Streets with a man bleeding from the face.
Before crews arrived, good Samaritans could be seen removing the driver from the vehicle.

According to Fall River EMS, Fall River Medic 2 and Squad 12 responded with Fall River Fire Engine 9 and Heavy Rescue 1 and Fall River Police.
Due to the nature of the accident and the injuries on the patient, Medic 2 transported 1 patient to Rhode Island Hospital Trauma Center.
The crash is under investigation.
