According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Angela Tarr of Leominster is the winner of a $500,000 grand prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “$500,000 Frenzy” $50 scratch ticket game.

She chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $355,000 (before taxes). She plans on putting the winnings towards her family and savings.
She purchased her winning ticket at Family Farms, 202 Merriam Ave. in Leominster. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
This was the fifteenth top prize of $500,000 claimed for this game. There are 35 top prizes of $500,000 that have yet to be claimed.
