Authorities arrested a local man Wednesday in connection with an incident.
Fall River Police were limited to what they could disclose about the matter due to Massachusetts law concerning domestic incidents, however, Lieutenant Matthew Mendes could confirm that Jordan Scott Souza was charged with Larceny of a Motor Vehicle, Unarmed Robbery on 60+, Drug Possession-Class A, Assault & Battery On 60+/Disabled, Breaking & Entering of a Building in the Daytime For a Felony, Resisting Arrest, and Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official Intimidation. Court records also show a charge of Carjacking.

At Thursday’s arraignment, Souza pled not guilty and was being held on $25,000 bond/$2,500 cash.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 2nd.
