Massachusetts correction officer indicted on 26 counts after allegedly having sexual relationship with 15-year-old boy, through multiple towns, offering him gifts for sex
PLYMOUTH – A Massachusetts man charged with sexually assaulting and trafficking a juvenile in locations across several towns, has been indicted in Plymouth Superior Court.
Court records show that 41-year-old Richard Kielczweski of Hanson, was indicted last week on 26 charges for the alleged incidents which occurred on diverse dates from September 2025-April 2026.
The charges include ten counts of Rape of a Child Aggravated by 10 Year Age Difference, three counts of Trafficking persons under 18 for Sexual Servitude, one count of Rape of a Child with Force, three counts of Pay for Sexual Conduct with a Child Under 18, two counts of Enticing a Child Under 16, one count of Witness Intimidation, one count of Pose/Exhibit a Child in a Sexual Act, two counts of Obscene Matter to a Minor, one count of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Distributing Material of a Child in a Sexual Act, and one count of Sell/Deliver Liquor to a Person Under 21.
Kielczweski is currently held without bail on dangerousness with an arraignment scheduled for July 15th.
According to Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz, the charges follow an active investigation by Hanson Police Department into the numerous sexual assaults and the creation of child sexual abuse material of a 15-year-old male victim, which occurred in Hanson, Halifax, and Middleborough. Through their investigation, police allege that Kielczweski contacted the victim via a dating app, and began a sexual relationship with the victim, meeting up at certain locations, and at Kielczweski’s residence. Kielczweksi allegedly offered the victim cash or gifts in exchange for sex.
As a result of the investigation, Hanson Police sought and obtained an arrest warrant for Kielczweski, and he was taken into custody by Hanson Police and Middleborough Police.
According to Boston 25, Kielczweski is a Correction Officer with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
