Bristol County District Attorney Quinn: Mother indicted for the murder of her newborn son

Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn, III has announced that a Bristol County woman has been indicted.

59-year-old, Dianne Curry Peck, of Attleboro, MA, was indicted Monday afternoon by a Bristol County Grand Jury for the January 1985 murder of her newborn son in Mansfield.

On January 26, 1985, the body of a male newborn was discovered in the woods off of Fruit Street in Mansfield, MA. 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in the Fall River Superior Court.
