Want to play the same courses the pros do? Indoor golf facility coming to Fall River; here is what you can expect

Want to hit a golf ball like Tiger Woods? Well, that may not be realistic, but you can have the chance to play the same courses he does right in the Scholarship City.

Husband and wife Andrew and Amanda Paul are bringing premium indoor golf to Fall River at 4171 North Main Street.

Amanda told Fall River Reporter that obviously the main activity at the Back Nine-Fall River will be indoor golf, but it is a more high-end experience.

“There will be some public tee times available, but this is predominantly a member-based space. What is also unique is members (will) have access 24/7 and we are using Full Swing simulators. These are top of the line simulators the pros currently use on the TGL. Members will be able to play all the courses the pros do.”

Back Nine currently has a waiting list on their website to sign up for a free demo once they open, which will be an opportunity to come in and check out the space and see how they operate.

The spot won’t be offering food or alcohol; however, members are more than welcome to bring their own. Especially with the location being across from Fall River Country Club where there are several restaurants, including Barrett’s Alehouse, and a liquor store. Each bay will have its own mini fridge for food or alcohol.

Amanda also stated that Back Nine plans on having a golf league, kid camp, and golf lessons.

“This is really meant to be a more private space where golfers of all levels can work on their game or hang out and golf with friends. We will have 3 public bays and 1 completely private bay.”

Currently, the Pauls are still working on pricing but there will be options for different tiers of membership and even corporate memberships.

The plan is for Back Nine to open in the fall.
