Fall River man wanted for city murder, held without bail in Fall River Court after extradition from Florida

32-year-old Kendrick Williams of Fall River who was arrested in Jacksonville, Florida, on November 26, 2025, in connection with the November 22, 2025, murder of Taiquan Teixeira in Fall River, was arraigned Monday in the Fall River District Court on a Murder charge. 

The defendant is also expected to appear in the Fall River Superior Court on a probation violation. 

The warrants were out of Bristol Superior Court Probation for Armed Home Invasion and Masked Armed Robbery with a Firearm (2 counts). The probation cases originated out of Plymouth County and were transferred to Bristol County for supervision.

According to court records, Williams was held without bail on dangerousness in the murder case.

According to records from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Williams was admitted into the jail on a Use or Possession With Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia charge. He was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office.

Williams has a pretrial hearing scheduled for January 23rd.
