Southcoast Health welcomes new providers to Fall River, New Bedford, Wareham, Swansea, Fairhaven
FAIRHAVEN, FALL RIVER, NEW BEDFORD, SWANSEA and WAREHAM, Mass. – Southcoast Health is pleased to announce the not-for-profit community health system welcomed five new providers to specialties including our Hospitalist Program, Primary Care, Wound Care and the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA).
Ismadelyne Antoine, MD | Hospitalist
Dr. Ismadelyne Antoine earned her Doctor of Medicine from the Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. She is starting a position as a Hospitalist caring for patients at all three Southcoast Health hospital locations.
Sonia DeAraujo, NP | VNA Palliative Consulting
Sonia DeAraujo earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She recently accepted a position with the Southcoast Health Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) in Palliative Consulting. Sonia is transferring to this new role from the Southcoast Health Physicians Group oncology practice.
Chelsea Manzone, NP | Primary Care
479 Swansea Mall Drive, Swansea, MA
Chelsea Manzone earned her Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston, Massachusetts. She joined Southcoast Health at the start of her nursing career and has now accepted a position joining the Southcoast Health Family Medicine practice at the Swansea location. She is excited to take on this new role at Southcoast Health, in addition to her per diem roles at our urgent care locations and within the infectious disease department at the COVID treatment clinic.
Ansi Pillai, MD | Endocrinology
235 Hanover Street, Fall River, MA
Dr. Ansi Pillai earned her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Debrecen in Hungary before completing her residency in internal medicine at the Wilson Regional Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. She is joining the Southcoast Health Endocrinology practice at the Fall River location specializing in Diabetes treatment and management.
Erron Plosker, MD | Wound Care
Dr. Erron Plosker earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and completed OB-GYN training in Los Angeles, California at the LA County USC Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He has over 40 years of OB-GYN private practice, before deciding to transition to a new specialty. He is now joining the Southcoast Health Wound Care team at Charlton Memorial and St. Luke’s Hospitals.
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Ismadelyne Antoine, Sonia DeAraujo, Chelsea Manzone, Dr. Ansi Pillai and Dr. Erron Plosker to Southcoast Health. Their addition to our team is a testament to our commitment of providing exceptional care and service across the South Coast region.
