7 new recruits are on their way to becoming new Fall River police officers
Over a half dozen are on their way to becoming new police officers in Fall River.
According to the Fall River Police Department, this morning, 7 recruit officers began their journey to becoming full-time members of the Fall River Police Department.
They will attend a 20-week Recruit Officer Class at the Randolph Police Academy. During their time in the academy, they will learn 21st century best practices in policing with an emphasis on problem solving, procedural justice, ethical decision making, and fair and impartial policing.
The Department wished the best of luck to the new recruits; Christopher Matuszek, Zhade Belcher, Jordan Medeiros, Eder Santos, Mario Pena, Fabio Raposo, and Tyler Pereira.
