68-year-old deemed dangerous, held without bail at Bristol County House of Correction after drug trafficking charges
A Bristol County man is currently being held after a recent drug arrest.
According to police, on Thursday, 68-year-old James Biondi of Easton, was arrested and charged with Trafficking Crystal Methamphetamine (over 100 grams) and Possession of a Class B Drug.
The arrest follows a lengthy investigation by Easton Police Detectives.
Biondi was taken into custody without incident following a traffic stop on Turnpike Street.
Biondi was booked at Easton Police Headquarters and bail was set at $25,000. Biondi was later transported to the Bristol County House of Correction.
According to court records, on Friday, Biondi was deemed dangerous and is now being held without bail.
His next court appearance, a probable cause hearing, is slated for next month.
