609 Locust Street Kitchen closed for business in Fall River, property still on market
A popular Fall River eatery has closed its doors.
In a Facebook post this morning, owner Tom Duggan left the following message:
“Good morning.
The 609 Locust Street Kitchen is CLOSED FOR BUSINESS. Thank you to all our amazing customers and the City of Fall River. It has been a great run and I am thankful for the experience. My best to you all.”
Duggan notified the owner of the building yesterday of his decision.
The Kitchen had been put up for sale in early March and is still currently on the market.
Amaral Associates Real Estate has the property listed for $159,900 with all equipment included.
When contacted for comment at the time, business owner Tom Duggan, who was leasing the property, stated “Business as usual @ 609.”
