33-year-old Rhode Island woman killed in fatal crash; “heaven has gained another angel”
Police are investigating after a fatal crash that took place Saturday night in Rhode Island.
According to scanner transmissions, police and fire responded to a single vehicle crash into a pole at approximately 10:45 p.m. in the area of Greenwood Avenue and Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence.
Family and friends say that 33-year-old Kristen Ambra of East Providence was killed in the crash.
Nobody else was in the vehicle at the time of the collision.
Those who knew Ambra were remembering fond memories on Sunday. Someone who was the best friend you could have and one of the best people you could know. Loved ones were still dealing with the sudden and tragic loss but had comfort in knowing that heaven gained another angel.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
