30-year-old Bristol County man accused of inappropriate conduct toward a child

A Bristol County man is facing some disturbing charges.

According to police, during the week of July 16th, the North Kingstown Police Department received a complaint involving alleged inappropriate conduct directed toward a juvenile.

Following an investigation by Police, probable cause was developed to charge 30-year-old Richard Alegria Jr. of Rehoboth, MA. 

Alegria was charged with one felony count of Indecent Solicitation of a Child and one misdemeanor count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child Under the age of 16.

He was subsequently arraigned and released on surety bail.

A screening date has been scheduled for September 8th.
