29-year-old Fall River man arrested, property boarded up and condemned after investigation

A city man was arrested and others removed from a home Thursday after a police investigation.

According to police, CAST and the Building Inspector were on scene at 168 Windsor Street.

In a collaborative effort, they executed a search warrant, made arrests and also condemned and boarded up the property.

29-year-old Andrew Cleaves was arrested on several outstanding warrants.

Several people were vacated from the property as a result of it being condemned and all utility services were disconnected.
