23-year-old man pleads not guilty after Fall River home reportedly broken into, items stolen

The Fall River Police Department made an arrest on multiple charges over the weekend.

According to Acting Chief J.T. Hoar, a breaking and entering call came in for 1033 Rodman Street on Saturday at approximately 9:45 a.m.

23-year-old Ragim Jesus Sanchez was found inside the property which he had allegedly broken into along with items that had been stolen from the residence. 

Sanchez was charged with Breaking & Entering a Building in the Daytime for a Felony, Larceny from a Building, and Vandalizing Property.

Court records show that he pled not guilty at Monday’s arraignment and was released on personal recognizance with a pretrial hearing scheduled for September 3rd.
