20-year-old man killed in weekend Brockton crash
A Massachusetts man has died after a one vehicle crash over the weekend.
According to the Brockton Fire Department, at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Brockton Fire responded to the 600 block of Pleasant Street for a motor vehicle accident involving a car versus pole where the driver had to be extricated.
According to those who know him, the driver, a 20-year-old victim from Brockton, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
A passenger in the vehicle survived.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
