19-year-old Fall River teen arrested on drug trafficking and firearm charges, two others also facing charges

A Fall River teen is facing drug trafficking and firearm charges after an incident that took place out of state.

According to police, on Thursday, Brewer, Maine Police officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Center Street in Brewer.

As a result of the search warrant, officers seized illegal drugs and a firearm. The investigation resulted in the following criminal charges:

Ricardo Costa (19, Fall River, MA)

• Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs (Class A)

• Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person (Class C)

Chelsea Frazier (33, Brewer)

• Unlawful Possession of Schedule “W” Drugs (Class C)

Dennis Fongeallaz (41, Brewer)

• Unlawful Possession of Schedule “W” Drugs (Class C)

• Violation of Conditional Release (Class E)

• Outstanding Arrest Warrant

Off. Ludwig was the lead investigator in the case and was assisted by the Brewer Police Department Warrant Team, Brewer Police Department Criminal Investigation Division, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, and Brewer Code Enforcement.
