18-year-old motorcycle rider in critical care after collision with vehicle in Middleborough
At least one person was injured Saturday in a morning motorcycle crash.
Just before 10:00 a.m., Middleborough personnel responded to the area of Anderson Avenue near Harry’s Bar & Grill for a car versus a motorcycle.
Upon arrival, crews discovered the motorcycle rider still on the ground.
The 18-year-old victim was med flighted to Rhode Island Hospital with multi system trauma injuries.
A woman who stated she was the mother of the victim, revealed that he is doing ok, but in critical care. She is looking for women who stayed with her son at the scene to thank them.
Witnesses stated that several bystanders rushed to the scene to help with some of them directing traffic until help arrived.
The crash is under investigation.
