18-year-old dies from injuries sustained in early morning Pawtucket shooting
A teenager has died after an early morning fatal shooting.
According to Detective Sergeant Theodore Georgitsis, at approximately 12:45 a.m. Wednesday, Pawtucket Police responded to the intersection of School at Rosewood Streets for a report of a shooting.
An 18-year-old male was located on scene with a gunshot wound. The victim was later pronounced deceased at an area hospital.
The investigation is open and ongoing.
