New farmer’s market begins in Fall River
There is a brand new Farmers Market in Fall River.
According to Groundwork Southcoast, this new market is in the Flint at Our Lady of Light Band across from the Tower Mill Complex at 664 Quarry Street.
The market is open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. every Tuesday.
There are vendors accepting SNAP/EBT and HIP
The food is fresh picked and also grown locally.
The farmer’s market will continue until August 28th.
There will be cooking demonstrations, bike helmet give-a-ways and other fun activities.
