Missing and endangered Fall River teen being sought
A Fall River teen has been reported missing by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Lindsey Green is still missing.
She has severe mental health issues and is currently off of all of her medications and is at risk of harming herself and others according to her mother.
Lindsey is about 5′ 4″ and 140 lbs.
Lindsey also goes by the name Quinn Wamboldt.
