Mass in Motion bringing free helmet giveaway, small bicycle repair event to Fall River
A new free helmet giveaway is happening in Fall River next week.
Mass in Motion-Fall River will hold a Bicycle Safety Event on Tuesday August 14th from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Groundwork Southcoast F3 Farmers market at the Our Lady of Light Band at 664 Quarry Street.
Helmets will be fitted for any child who brings his/her bicycle, scooter or skateboard. Bike Fall River members will fit the bicycle helmets, make small bicycle repairs, and discuss safety.
Helmets are provided through the generosity of The Truesdale Foundation and Fall River Kiwanis Club.
