Local man fails to register as a sex offender
UPDATE: He has been captured.
According to Dartmouth Police, Brad Santos has failed to register as a sex offender.
Santos, 41, of Dartmouth has repeatedly failed to properly register as a sex offender, this year.
Santos currently has two active warrants. One of which is for failing to properly register as a Level 3 Sex Offender.
Santos was convicted in 1997 of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.
