Thanks to Brian Harrington and public donations, some local help came to pet victims of Hurricane Florence.

Harrington, who runs Odie’s Place Animal Rescue, armed himself with pet food and other items courtesy of a donated U-Haul truck and some volunteers who donated items.

Harrington made his arrival in Freemont, North Carolina and the local Police showed their appreciation. “The police department would like to take a moment to recognize and thank the Odies Place Animal Rescue and it’s volunteers for its generosity this past weekend.
Volunteers spent days gathering pet food and pet supplies to donated to Wayne County Pet families impacted by Hurricane Florence.”

Great job to Brian and all involved.
