Fall River Police looking for suspects in Rocliffe Street shooting

Fall River Police have issued an update on Friday’s shooting in the city.

According to Detective John Robinson, on Friday, July 20th at approximately 2:00 p.m., Fall River Police Department Uniform Division Officers responded to the area of Rocliffe and Pleasant Streets in response to a complaint of ‘shots fired’. Witnesses reported hearing 5 to 7 shots. On his arrival, Officer Bryan Custadio reported he had located several spent casings on the sidewalk. A canvass of the neighborhood was performed leading to the discovery of several more casings. Officers also found a 2006 Toyota struck by bullets with damage to the windows and roof along with a 2017 Honda with damage to the door and hood. Witnesses reported seeing the males involved fleeing the area.
