Fall River has a new lottery winner.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, a few days ago Sean Finglas of Fall River became the latest grand prize winner in “The Fastest Road to $1 Million” instant game.
Finglas chose to receive his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (less tax withholdings).
His winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven, 190 New Boston Rd. in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
He is considering using his winnings to start his own business.
